• 9:00 Briefing and Stretching at Diving Center
• 10:00 - 12:00 Ocean Session
• 13:00 Lunch( at local restaurant) and Debriefing

Prerequisites:

• 15 years of age (or older)
• Hold a freediving certification from a recognized training agency
• Do not have any medical conditions
